Great company with very willing and knowledgeable employees. The staff assisted me with my mobility needs going above and beyond. I went in to test out a few new portable scooters because mine was failing. After testing a few I had to consider my options. While walking out with a staff member, we began talking and spoke about having to save up to replace my existing scooter because it's transaxle was failing. He asked me to wait a minute and called over a repair technician who grabbed it from my vehicle and checked it out. He said that he could fix it for me if I had the time and I wouldn't have to buy that expensive transaxle. Within 30 minutes my scooter was working without any issues returning my mobility freedom. The repair cost was affordable and I definitely will be back for my future mobility needs.

No appointment, fixed my power chair on the spot!!! A different company had used the wrong parts, and Triple M Mobility diagnosed the problem in minutes. They were able to make adjustments to the parts rather than to make me wait for parts to arrive. I expected a huge bill for service like this, but no! I have been a paraplegic for almost 10 years and have NEVER received such a reasonable fee! I am so impressed with this company.

I forgot the Asian guys name, but he was very helpful with figuring out which scooter to get for my mom. I believe the price I paid ($1800) was very worth it for the type of scooter I got. Very easy to use, actually goes pretty fast if you want it to lol and very easy to disassemble and put back together. The scooter is very strong and holds up to 300 pounds, my mom is 250, my mom feels safe in it. I’m glad I did not settle with a cheap one online like on Amazon. Was worth seeing it in person and getting advice from the gentleman there. He even showed me how to disassemble/put together a couple times so I was comfortable doing it on my own. Did not feel rushed to choose or pushed to buy. The transaction was really easy too. Thank you for your help!

My family and I searched for a while for an affordable Tilt in Space wheelchair and found the perfect one at Triple Mobility. Since I know nothing about wheelchairs, I had many questions for Rey, who answered them all quickly and patiently. He even helped set up shipping since we were unable to travel to pick up the chair. It was ordered on a Friday and delivered Monday, in excellent condition just as he said it was. And it works as "flawlessly" as he promised. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, as Rey went above and beyond to help me complete the transaction and make sure I had all concerns addressed. Dropped by to see if they could do repairs on a manual wheelchair. The tech repaired a brake mechanism and replaced a couple of broken bolts. He repaired on the spot and we were out of there in about an hour. Would have been faster but I forgot to bring some washers and pieces that had fallen off. Met Rey the owner or manager I think, great guy, very personable. He only charged $45 for the repair. While the tech did his repairs, Rey demonstrated some mobile scooters. You can try them out in the store. Saw one we really liked and the prices are not as much as I imagined. We also talked to some other customers. They said they trust no other place with their scooters. I see why. We drove all the way from Texas City and will not waste our time anywhere else from now on. I forgot the tech's name...I think it was Lit, sorry if I got that wrong but a fantastic person also.

I went in knowing what wanted. When I got there, they had so many. I ended up with something totally different than I had planned. The salesman let me look and try as many as I wanted. I absolutely love the freedom I have now. The employee's are very knowledgeable and friendly. Saved me money.

My husband and I were looking into some kind of mobility for him once we both retired. Having muscular dystrophy and wanting to travel we definitely knew we needed to start researching and visiting a couple places beforehand. We narrowed one. Just bought a new power chair from here a few days ago, let me start by saying these guys were super fast to act on my needs. The chair I had was literally falling apart. They delivered to me the same day. Not only did they do that but they sent a tech back out today to make special adjustments that I needed to be comfortable . These guys are the real deal. I had been all over Houston looking for the right chair for my Mom. There doesn't seem to be a "guide" for medical needs in Houston. Triple M had a VERY nice selection of various chairs & skooters under one roof and people that actually KNEW their stock and could explain and help you make the best choice. I was beyond thrilled....FINALLY!! Don't EVEN bother wasting you time & $$ running around to one place or another. This is a "One Stop Shop" with a very caring staff.

Triple M was only vendor I contacted who would service a mobility scooter I bought from another vendor. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away.

My daughter and I stopped in 12/16/21, where we met Jacob and Rey. I am 80, have IPF, breathing problems, and need mobility assistance. They showed me their floor models and discussed the pros and cons and I test drove 4 units in the store and decided. The most important part to me was that I was able to load it in my car to take home with me instead of waiting a month or two to get it. I definitely want to recommend Triple M Mobility, My daughter had a knee injury & hasn't been able to walk. She has been using a manual wheelchair & 1 of the screws felled off which we weren't aware of & due to that 1 of the wheel felled off & 1 of the leg ended up cracking. I'm Sooo Happy & Excited I was able to find Triple M Mobility that fixes the wheelchair which I didn't know they had a place to fix them. I had view different places reviews before choosing a place & this was the only place that had alott of good reviews. Jacob was amazing. He explored all the options for a mobility scooter/chair with us and my husband trest drove them all. He is very knowledgeable about all the products and his input was and suggestions were amazing. He said I want you to get what you need and it might not be necessarily what you think k you want. He was right. We left with a 4 wheeled scooter instead of a 3 wheeled one or a power chair. We tried them all. What was important to me was I needed something comfortable for my husband but something I could assemble and break apart easily and lift into the back of my little SUV. I just have to shout out a Giant Thank you !I am so thrilled with this company. First off I left a message at at noon about a purchase. Ray Returned my call within the same hour.Took the time to answer every single question I had.I asked my mother who is in the process of early alzheimer's & is still able to drive to drive me to Triple M mobility.I have Hepatic Encephalopathy .So even with directions we got slightly lost.Called Ray back, he stayed on the phone(I think around 10 mins)while multi tasking his work.Arrived! While there to purchase the exact one we came for& testing it out with the bathroom and every thing.My eyes spotted the one that that had every thing I dreamed of. During the whole process I found out just how much he enjoys his work, and loves seeing/helping people have there independence !!!! BTW the front desk clerk is touch of sunshine.

I had done my research and felt prepared to buy my first scooter. I had several options in mind but I needed advice from a professional to help me decide. Rey at Triple M Mobility was knowledgeable about scooter products and helped me choose the scooter that was perfect for me. The ease and efficiency of the purchase process was fantastic. I received the scooter the same day I ordered it! By the way, I went with the Pride Zero Turn 10. Man, that is one cool scooter!

After my parents were involved in a "hit and run" accident, where their scooter and scooter lift was damaged beyond repair, the professionals at Tripple M took excellent care of us. The Al100 lift was on stock and they were able to order the scooter with no trouble. The variety of scooters and chairs on the floor was impressive and their service was outstanding! I would definitely suggest using Tripple M for your needs. You will not be disappointed. I plan to continue to use them if I need such service in the future.

My granddaughter needed help with a quick repair on her Air Hawk chair so she could go to work. Tom with TripleM is truly a fantastic person. My sister is completely non-ambulatory, requiring the use of her power chair for everything. I am her nearest relative and live 500 miles away. I called Tom on Wednesday, explained the situation, and he came to pick it up right away. The next day, which was Thanksgiving, he delivered the chair back to her. I tried to pay him a nice bonus, but he wouldn’t accept it. What a great example of commitment to service of others in need. Thank you Tom!

I can’t believe I called Triple M mobility that I had found off of Google about my power chair not working and they fixed it over the phone with me!!! I’ve recently finished chemotherapy and 35 rounds of radiation to my neck for cancer. (The bills are piling up) The man that answered the phone did not know this. I told him my problem over the phone and he repaired my chair within just a few minutes and got it working again. It had not worked for the last three weeks. Thank you so much Tripple M Mobility for helping me get my chair repaired without even having to leave the house or loaded up in the back of the truck!!! I had plans to haul it an hour and a half away to get it repaired tomorrow for about $300. Thank you so much for saving me the time, effort and the money!!!

I was referred to Rey and Triple M by my previous wheelchair tech. I was so worried that I would be stuck without my chair and maybe even forced into buying a new one to get mobility back quickly. But between Rey and Tom, they had me in, diagnosed the problem, repaired my chair, plus I was able to buy two new batteries, a new charger and two new drive wheel tires, and then was out of the shop the same day!!! If you need same day help, this is the place to go! I drove from The Woodlands to their shop, it was SO worth it! Thank you Triple M- Rey and Tom!!! Update: 10/16/2019- chair suddenly stopped turning on again, so I went back to Triple M, and in about an hour's time, Tom chased down the problem and had me back on the road. I was needing a transport wheelchair that was reasonably priced and lightweight enough for me to lift in and out of the trunk. I found this place on Craigslist. The wheelchair photo and description was accurate. He adjusted the foot pedal height before I left, and was very knowledgeable and professional. I bought the exact chair I needed and am very pleased with the experience. I will be back when I need a mobility scooter. 🙂

Rey took excellent care of me! One of my brakes on my manual wheelchair broke and he scheduled me the same day. He saw me right at 6 (as they were closing) and worked on my chair until 7:20 at night. He understood the importance of having 2 working breaks in order to transfer to the toilet, go to work, and get in the bed, independently. I highly recommend Triple M Mobility!

My wife and l really want to tell the world what a great job Tripple M Mobility has done on our repair to the wife's powerchair. Some how the joystick controls went out on the PerMobil powerchair belonging to my girl Michelle. Michelle, like any quadriplegic is very dependent on her chair to get around and do everything. We had to get repairs done, and as quickly as possible. I found Tripple M Mobility on Google, and they had really great reviews. I gave them a call and Ray was the man l spoke with. Ray was very professional, and l found that everything he told me was reasonable, so the wife and l agreed to have them come out to evaluate the problem with Michelle's chair. Ray was actually able to have two of his chair technicians come out on the very same day for a diagnostic exam on the chair. The technicians were very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the techs did not have good news. The chairs joystick and circuit board were toast. To make a long story a little shorter, Ray called me the following day with an estimate. He explained that the parts needed must be ordered from the original manufacturer and the repair would commence immediately as soon as parts arrived. My girl and l gave Ray the authorisation needed, and the chair was repaired in a reasonable timely manner. The chair works as good as new, and looked brand new, because they went the extra mile to do the repairs and a thorough cleaning as well at no additional charge. We are V E R Y satisfied with the tremendous quality and professional service provided by Tripple M Mobility. We highly recommend Ray, all of his technicians and representatives over at Tripple M Mobility. I spoke with Rey, who listened patiently while I explained my situation regarding my trouble with walking. He advised me that, in my case, rather than getting a wheelchair, I should get a transport chair. He explained to me the difference between the two, and answered all my questions. He was very gracious and arranged for Joe the technician to meet me on Saturday morning to replace the tire and adjust the seat at a reasonable price. My wife is disabled and her power wheelchair was in need of repair , in other words it wouldn't work at all. I was given the runaround by another company for 2 1/2 weeks who were only concerned about their profit and were requiring payment in advance for parts and service. I made one call to Ray at Triple M and within one day her power wheelchair was repaired and the cost was less than 25% of what the other company was charging not to mention that the other company's diagnosis was not even targeting the actual problem. My 85 year old mother's super-bowl, that day she lives for each year, is the international quilt show and her scooter stopped working the day before the show. We went to Dealer X, and they gladly would sell us a battery, but wouldn't even look at the scooter because we didn't buy the scooter from them. Our dealer, is now out of business, so we called around and Tripple M Mobility told us to bring the scooter to them. They helped unload the scooter and quickly determined the scooter switch had been moved to neutral and needed to be reset with the power off and then turn back on. It worked! They refused to charge us or even to accept a tip! My mother is wheeling around the quilt show today with a big smile on her face thanks to Tripple M's willingness to help! I must take my hat off to this first class operation. My brother needed a medical scooter and I contacted Ray at triple M and He had me bring in the scooter I had purchased for my brother. I had mentioned that my brother is a US Vet and suffering from cancer and these guys really took care of me and had his new scooter functioning and in use within 1 day. Over in Humble on vacation from Scotland to visit my Son and his family and had a problem with my mobility scooter recharging, called into Triple M. And could not have been treated more courteous by the young gentleman l think his name was Thomas, after spending about 45 mins to find the fault he informed me it was only a fault with the small indicated that lets you know how much charge you have left in your battery’s. and charge me 30$. Tom was exceptional today. We needed a same day repair to my Dad’s mobility scorer for charging issues. Tom saw us right away and patiently diagnosed the (minor) problem with minimal fee. Despite abundant opportunity to gouj or up sell us he didn’t. Tom and Triple M are now our go to guys!
